Studio Rental Information

The Maple Conservatory provides our Irvine and Balboa Island studios for rent, based on availability.

Studio Rental Policy

1. The Maple Conservatory studios are available for rent for individual private lessons, but primarily for Maple Conservatory faculty wishing to work with our Conservatory students.
2. When available, a Maple Conservatory studio is available for rent for outside groups or entities, such as professional dance companies needing rehearsal space or Company schools wishing to use a studio for auditions.
3. Proof of liability insurance is required for outside groups or entities wishing to rent a studio.
