It Only Takes A Few Minutes To Join
Simply visit the Ralphs Community Contribution website and register your Ralphs Club Card number by completing the brief online form that appears. Your Ralphs Club Card number is found on the back of your Club Card (usually begins with 2):
When you register your Ralphs Club Card for the Maple Youth Ballet, be sure to enter our NPO number 90155.
If you're unable to locate your Ralphs Club Card number, call Ralphs at 800-660-9003 and they will provide your card number over the phone.
Your Ralphs grocery store purchases will begin counting for the Maple Youth Ballet within 72 hours of signing up your card online.
